  Battle Fury

  Tryndamere's Critical Strike chance increases as he becomes more wounded.

  Bloodlust

  CD 10sec No Cost Passive: Whenever Tryndamere kills or critically strikes a unit, he gains 3 Attack Damage and 4.5% Critical Damage for 15 seconds (stackable 8 times). Killing a unit or critically striking while not Bloodlusted applies 2 stacks instead of 1. Active: Tryndamere consumes his Bloodlusts, restoring 50 health per Bloodlust (+0).

  Mocking Shout

  CD 14sec Cost 25 Health Decreases surrounding champions' physical damage by 100, and enemies with their backs turned also have their movement speed slowed by 60%. Lasts 4 seconds.

  Spinning Slash

  CD 9 Cost 80 Health Tryndamere spins through his enemies, dealing 240 (+58.5) magic damage to enemies in his path. Passive: Slash's cooldown is reduced by 2 sec whenever Tryndamere critically strikes.

  Undying Rage

  CD 90 No Cost Tryndamere becomes completely immune to death for 6 seconds, refusing to be reduced below 1 health. His abilities have no cost during this time and he gains 8 Bloodlust stacks.

  Runes Go for crit dmg and armor penetration do not take attack speed because with this build you would get around 2.0 attack speed.
  
  
  

• Items

  The first item to buy is Vampiric Scepter helps with lanning and is good for later game. try to stay in lane untill it is possible to either go back and buy B. F. Sword and even if possible than buy a The Bloodthirster now as soon as possible you wanna get Berserker's Greaves now the killing begins now you can catch up with people if you spin and slow now that you are cappable of killing and farming you would soon want to buy Infinity Edge after the Infinity Edge it is time to get some more move speed so now it is time for buying 2x Zeal after you bought the 2x Zeal you upgrade them to 2x Phantom Dancer now you are unstobbable no one can flee from you and you are having a pretty high crit chance and damage. now the last thing you want is a The Black Cleaver now you rip through the armor of the tanks and if you are getting even more feed you might want to sell your Berserker's Greaves and buy a Phantom Dancer instead this offers more crit chance more attack speed and you will only lose like 20 move speed with the 2 other Phantom Dancer you do not need that exstra 20 ;D

  Blood lust is very important for laning phase you will need to get alot of minnion kills and this is gonna help you get them.

  I would pick summerner spells like these:

  i would want the ignite because it is a nice way to get the kill if a person flees and you can counter lifestealers like Warwick and olaf

• Farming

  Farming is very important this is a very hard carry build and there for farming is very important.
