Since my guide was outdated and I don't have the time nor the muse to update it, I decided to delete it.
Also the guides of "I am the Walrus", "CyanideDEI" and "KulliK357" are first of all up to date ^^ and they basicly give you all the informations you need.
Due to that I decided to keep atleast the theorycrafting going, so these 2 guys (and everyone else who wants to) can use my results and for example implement them into their guides / builds / whatever...
So here we go.
I wanted to get a value that shows the usability of an item, depending on its AD, AP, AS, CDR, MPen, MPen%, APen, APen% and Crit and by that how much the usability costs me, when purchasing this item.
Things like special proccs/effects (for example Trinity, Sheen or Lichbane) or not directly "useful" Stats, which dont affect Kayle's abilities nor her standard attack (like HP, MP or mp5) are not included in this formula, because its not possible to calculate it accurate enough (or I'm just too tired to see an (easy!) way to do that.).
I guess you are confused now, so I'll just start and hope you understand it in the end.
At first I'll show and explain the formula:
D = Damage of normal Hits
T_APR = Total AP-Ratio = R_APR + DB_APR + RF_APR = 1.6
R_APR = Reckoning AP-Ratio = 0.8
DB_APR = Devine Blessing AP-Ratio = 0.5
RF_APR = Righteous Fury AP-Ratio = 0.3
RF_ADR = Righteous Fury AD-Ratio = 0.4
AD = Attackdamage of the item
AP = Abilitypower of the item
P_ADB = Passive Attackdamagebonus = 0.15
P_APB = Passive Abilitypowerbonus = 0.3
AS = Attackspeed%
C = Critchance%
CDR = Cooldownreduction%
APenP = Armorpenetration%
APen = Armorpenetration
MPenP = Magicpenetration%
MPen = Magicpenetration
U = Usability = U_AD + U_AP
U_AD = Usability per AD

$ = costs of the item
$/U = costs per usability (the lower, the better)
U_AD = ( AD + APen ) * ( 1 + RF_ADR + P_APB * T_APR + (1 + RF_ADR + P_APB * RF_APR ) * AS/100 + C/100 + APen/100 + ( P_APB * T_APR + RF_ADR ) * CDR/100 )
= ( AD + APen ) * ( 1.88 + 1.49 AS/100 + C/100 + APenP/100 + 0.88 CDR/100)
U_AP = ( AP + MPen ) * ( T_APR + P_ADB + P_ADB * RF_ADR + ( T_APR + P_ADB * RF_ADR ) * CDR/100 + MPenP/100 + ( P_ADB + P_ADB * RF_ADR ) * AS/100 + ( P_ADB + P_ADB * RF_ADR ) * C/100 )
= ( AP + MPen ) * ( 1.81 + 1.66 CDR/100 + MPenP/100 + 0.21 AS/100 + 0.21 C/100 )
Now what I did here is just taking the ratios which AP and AD have for the different abilities, suming them , adding MPen or APen (if given) and always additional sum the value multiplicated with CDR%, AS%, MPen%, APen% or Crit%, which I divided by 100 before (of course I used CDR, AS and Crit just at the values where they fit. Righteous Fury-hits for example cant crit, so I dont calculate a Crit-Value for it.).
Now all you need to do is get the values of the item, insert them into the formula and do the math :D
I did my theorycrafting for all relevant items (ascending, best 1st, worst last):
Guinsoo's Rageblade = 8.69
Archangel's Staff (full + Manamune (full)) = 10.05
Manamune (full + Archangel's Staff (full)) = 11.81

Archangel's Staff (full) = 13.6
Void Staff = 14.84
Hextech Gunblade = 15.6
Abyssal Scepter = 16.27
Hextech Revolver = 16.57

Keep in mind that these values just show the results of my formula and not the "true" usability of an item.
I'll take Archangel's Staff and Manamune for a quick example.
Sure, they are 2nd and 3rd in this list and give very good results, BUT that will just happen if you have both and both with full passive stacks.
So to get this benefit you have to buy these items first, and.. hm well, as first items they suck ^^ and if you get them later, you wont be able to get them full stacked, so they suck too.
So in the end, you see:
Archangel's Staff and Manamune are no recommendable items for Kayle and there are many better items, even if their results are worse.
