Self explanitory, its not rocket science kids
This is what has been working for me. Kids like to troll when I build him this way but I haven't lost a game yet. This build is carry status. His passive armor pen is disgusting, matched with the defensive items you become a truck. The builds only weakness is the lack of magic resist, which is why merc treads are situational. With enough stacks on both BT you hit for about 1/8 of your hp back. Just play defensive early game, and late game pull out your PEN15 and slap it in their faces. As for the skills, I focus mostly on decimate because it helps you farm, and apprehend for the armor pen which makes you hit like a beast. Its also fun to KS kids who troll you about the build with his spamable noxian guillotine.
