• Abilities

  Consecration

  Increases surrounding allies' magic resistance by 16 -A decent passive gives everyone on your team that's near you 16 Magic resistance.

  Starcall

  Strikes nearby enemy units for 60 (+0) magic damage and reduces their Magic Resistance by 8 for 8 seconds. This effect stacks up to 10 times. -A strong AoE spell with a low cooldown, with good damage. At rank 1 it lowers their magic resistance by 80 at 10 stacks, and at rank 5 96. Every time it's hits it's going to do more damage so do it as much as possible. It's really good at farming and harass.

  Astral Blessing

  Restores 70 (+0) health and grants 25 bonus armor for 5 seconds. -A really good heal, not only does it heal it gives bonus armor. 25 a rank 1, and 125 at rank 5. Use it to stay in lane, heal your jungler when he walks past your lane. In team fights heal the person that's taking the most damage so they get the bonus armor and are able to tank for longer.

  Infuse

  On Ally Cast: Restores 25 mana to the target, and an equal amount to self. (Does not double on self cast.) On Enemy Cast: Silences the target for 1.5 second(s) and deals 50 (+0) magic damage. -An awesome spell. Not only does it give you mana, it also does a good amount of damage and silences. It takes 0 mana, so use it to harass, when you get low on mana use it on yourself to stay in lane longer. It cancels Warwick's ult, but it does not stop Olaf or Tryndamere's ult.

  Wish

  Instantly restores 200 (+0) health to herself and all allied champions. -Amazing spell. It's a global ultimate that heals for a good bit. When you enter a team fight and your team gets under half hp use it.

  Start with a Doran's Ring, farm up back and buy Mercury's Treads if you and your bottom lane are winning get a Will of the Ancients. If on the other hand you and your bottom lane are losing get a Aegis of the Legion. If they are stacking MR get a Abyssal Scepter works well with your Starcall. If you are having problems staying alive get Rylai's Crystal Scepter then sell the Doran's Ring and buy a Rabadon's Deathcap.
  

• Summoner Abilities

  Personally I run Flash, Ignite.
  If you don't want to run Ignite you can change it out for Exhaust or even Heal.

• Working in the team

  Stay near your team and spam Starcall and try to get 10 stacks. Use Infuse at the start of the fight on whoever has a stun on the other team. You can also use Infuse to keep the enemy from flashing over walls. Use Astral Blessing on whoever it taking the most damage on your team to give them to armor, whenever your team gets under half hp use Wish and you shouldn't lose the fight.

• Farming

  When farming don't push the lane just last hit with your auto attack and Infuse so that your jungler can always gank. Also tell your jungler to take some last hits from your lane to get him high level and farm compared to the other jungler. Late game push lanes with Starcall.
  

• Ward Placement

  You are still playing support so you have to ward, wards win games. Keep a few wards on you at all times.
