• Introduction

  Vladimir is a tanky caster with a lot of lane sustain. He does decently in early-game, shines in mid-game, but falls off late game. Vladimir often times must snowball for him to be effective, but if played correctly, he can control an entire game.

• Abilities

  Crimson Pact

  A decent passive, almost covers the health cost on his abilities. Works much better from AP->HP than HP->AP

  Transfusion

  The signature move of Vladimir. Instantly deals damage, restores health after. Early game it does more damage than most mage's Q's, but is on a longer CD. Late game it is spammable, but does relatively less damage.

  Sanguine Pool

  The Trollpool. Karth is ulting? Pool. Ashe is ulting? Pool. Tower is hitting you? Pool. Nunu is ulting? Pool. However, with that said, it costs a TON of HP and doesn't do much damage, so use it very wisely.

  Tides of Blood

  Nice AoE damage. Use it very sparingly until you have your Hextech Revolver as the HP cost can drain you fairly quickly. Also is amazing for farming.

  Hemoplague

  Vladimir's initiator, as well as bringing some amazing utility to team fights. Use it early so that the extra damage gets more use.

  Too many people put mastery points into utility with Vlad, however too many of those are wasted on Vlad, instead you should go 9/21/0

• Pros / Cons

  Pro's:-Good Lane sustain-Dominates the mid game-One of the best farmers-Good damage output-Ult provides good utility in team fights
  Con's:-Weak from lvl1-6-Falls off somewhat in the late game-Can be countered by reduced healing de-buffs
  

• Working in the team

  Vlad brings a lot of utility to a team, functioning as a bruiser who deals magic damage, as well as providing some utility with his Ult, and the ability to chase people down with his pool.
  When a team fight starts, the first thing you want to do is ult the enemy team. You want to make sure you get as much bonus damage from it on as many people as possible. Now its time for an E, Q spam and an E. If your team is winning or if you're getting focused, then pool. If you are getting targeted, it can sometimes make the enemy blow some cooldowns. If you're winning, it will slow people so they cant run away.
  If you are loosing a team fight, save your pool to escape.

• Vlad's Current Status

  So, this section will follow upcoming changes to Vlad, current bugs as well as things that can be a pain.
  Fizz:Don't lane against Fizz as Vlad. Fizz will reduce your healing, and his ult is bugged against Vlad's pool. Fizz's ult will attach to you if you're pool'd as well as knock you up and deal damage.
