Abilities
Backstab
This is why you always want to attack from behind, if its in the jungle or when you're ganking, just try to attack from behind as often as you can. Deceive
This skill is just amazing. This skill will let you walk up behind their enemy when you are ganking, or behind their carry in a teamfight. This shouldn't be used as an offensive skill only, you can jump over walls in the jungle with it and you can use it to juke your enemies in a sticky situation. Jack In The Box
This skills is what you will need for the jungling, but you should use it all game long, using it as a "ward". Even though when someone walks past it, it'll trigger, it reveals the area for 90 seconds max (half the time of a ward). This can also be used to push turrets even harder, because they also attack turrets if there is nothing else around. If they have an enemy with long channeling spell, you can put it down and let it interrupt the channeling. Don't be scared to put them down in random places, because if they don't get triggered by minions, they could possibly save you or your mates life, or net them the kill. Two-Shiv Poison
This is going to be your slow while you dont have lizard because it's gone. It's also going to be your assuring key to a kill, when you just can't quite get enough damage and he gets away with few hp. When you throw this, it'll also slow the enemy (but remove the slow from your basic attacks untill it's off cooldown) which might be the little bit your teammate needs to kill him, or get away from a gank. Hallucinate
Your ultimate, you should use it as clever as possible, do you know they are waiting for someone to walk in a brush, let your clone walk in and then let your team walk in. You can also use it to tank turrets when you are trying to backdoor. -
Introduction
Hello, my name is Fiduci and i have played Shaco for a long time. This guide is Jungling with Shaco.I've been playing him on and off since the beta, and since all of the guides here are pretty outdated,I thought i would make a new guide for him.My build is squishy so if you can't handle that, you should probably go somewhere else...
More then 1.000 views, but only one comment :(Please leave a comment on what i can improve and if this was usefull. If i get enough positive feedback i'll make upload a video on the first few minutes of the game.

Masteries + Runes
Okay, for runes I prefer this setup, but you might prefer other runes, it's still up to you.I just think that this gives you the best damage output and allows you to jungle pretty well.Runes:
3xGreater Mark of Strength (+0.95 attack damage)
6xGreater Mark of Desolation (+1.66 armor penetration)
5xGreater Seal of Resilience (+1.41 armor)
4xGreater Seal of Strength (+0.43 attack damage)
9xGreater Glyph of Focus (-0.65% cooldowns)
3xGreater Quintessence of Strength (+2.25 attack damage)
For masteries i use 21/0/9
All of this lets you jungle well and gives you a nice damage output early game. -
Items
So the game starts. You buy a
Cloth Armor and 5x
Health Potion
When you go back for the first time, you are going to get (ideally)Wriggle's Lantern and
Boots of Speed.
If you can't afford the wriggle's settle for aMadred's Razors and boots.
Then you are going to get aB. F. Sword or a
Vampiric Scepter (unless you didn't get your
Wriggle's Lantern then you should get it now)
After that, you will want to get some more mobility, so buyBoots of Mobility
Then you are going to get aThe Bloodthirster. Now you have your core and you are going to hurt, allot.
After your bloodthirster, you want to getInfinity Edge preferably starting with a
B. F. Sword ->
Cloak of Agility -> finish.
Now you want to get aPhantom Dancer A.S.A.P.Now you have 56% critical chance, which i found just not enough, so make sure to get a [item=Elixer of Agility]
After this you can get an item of choice, but i prefer yet anotherThe Bloodthirster
You might want to sell your boots, or wriggles lantern, for anotherPhantom DancerThe last item you should possibly get is a survivability item for your boots or wriggles, (whichever you didnt sell)
**If you are being focussed**
If you are being focussed hard, you want to get a survivability item right after your firstThe Bloodthirster

Creep Jungling
You go to blue golem A.S.A.P. and put down a jack in the box (JITB).After putting down 5 jitb's you want to put down a jitb at the wolves, to make it easier when you finish golem. Then after you finish the wolves (luring them in your 2 boxes with two shiv-poison), you put down a jitb at lizard move on to golems.(you put down as many jitb's as you can at lizard but the max is five)Depending on your hp you can decide to smite the big wraith, or save it for lizard (which will mean you dont need 5 boxus but can use 3/4)After you are done with lizard, you will probably gank a lane, if it's mid/top or bottom is for you to decide. The lane you gank is preferably one which is being pushed by your enemy, or one without flash (which you wont see often).I usually find that mid is nice because it's really handy if your mate is winning their lane in mid.
When you have your succesfull gank, you will have around 1000 gold.If you have enough to get a few more jungle creeps, go ahead.
After this it's pretty much all up to you.
P.S. You want them to defend your boxes, because else you are screwed for the rest of the game.

Skilling Order
The skilling order is as following:
-
Summoner Abilities
For summoner abilities i usually go with:
Smite and
Exhaust
Recently i found thatSmite and
Ghost works really well too.If you chose those, you should ofcourse change your masteries to match with your spells, but that's pretty obvious.
I usually don't pickFlash, even though it's a viable option, you already have a built in one.
You could also pickIgnite but I think it's not too good on Shaco because he does allot of damage, and you should be able to finish off most off your oponents with exhaust, which will actually also save your life once in a while.I haven't tried any of the other spells, but they might come.
-
Build Example
Your final build will be:
Wriggle's Lantern
Boots of Mobility
The Bloodthirster
Infinity Edge
Phantom Dancer
The Bloodthirster
And you might exchange your boots for anotherPhantom Dancer
and theWriggle's Lantern for an item of choice.

Pros / Cons
Pros:
×Good jungler
×High DPS
×Fun to play (imo)
×Good ganker
×Will not be expected as much, as he is seen as a weak option compared to nocturne or udyr. (SEEN AS, not is.)
×Will make the enemy carry's life hard
Cons:
×Squishy
×Needs good timing, if you dont have it you are screwed
×Will probably get focussed -
Working in the team
Your part of the game is mainly shutting down the carry, if its in the teamfight or in the laning phase. You are not going to initiate the teamfight (unless it is with your clone). You are most likely not going to save someone's ass (unless its with a JITB while he is fleeing from enemies). You want to wait 'till they have used their disables, so you can freely hunt down their squishy carry. Also, save your exhaust for their carry (unless you hunt him down in 2 seconds, use it on some other damage dealer)
