• Abilities

  Mercy

  Great passive it will give you a million damage with your Frozen Mallet

  Noxian Diplomacy

  Good spell. will save lives with the reveal and the extra damage, perfect! This can be strategically used with Cutthroat activating this first then cutthroating to the opponent for max damage.

  Rake

  Talon's bread and butter this will give you amazing damage and the slow. The best chasing, escape, and damage spell ever.

  Cutthroat

  Instant blink to opponent silence and damage amp. good spell for chasing and just leaping to the target to let out your Rake and Noxian Diplomacy, a few auto attacks, then just pop Shadow Assault.

  Shadow Assault

  Great ultimate, good damage for finishing up opponents or escaping. low CD so easily useable at almost anytime. but do not make the mistake of casting shadow assault to early when running away, save it until your really need it, Talon has good speed already.

  for runes I take Greater Mark of Desolation
  for quints I take Greater Quintessence of Strength for good early damage.
  for seals I take Greater Seal of Resilience
  for glyphs I take Greater Glyph of Warding

• Items

  First you'll start with Doran's Blade for the hp early and the damage to give you first blood.
  Next, on your way back to the shop you should have enough money to buy your next item which is The Brutalizer that will sustain your damage for the moment. on your next trip to the shop grab Berserker's Greaves now you have your basic items for now. so now you grab a Vampiric Scepter then Sell your Doran's Blade okay, people are probably saying "SELL?!" but yes, Frozen Mallet this is Talon's best friend your passive will gain an auto activate with this and more damage and health? Who could want a better item? ok ok enough about that now get turn your Vampiric Scepter into a The Bloodthirster this is your core build. this should be the point when you start dominating the game, and carrying the team. so your next priority is to make a Youmuu's Ghostblade this will give you those mini-Yi ults. your last items will be The Black Cleaver and a Phantom Dancer.At the end since Youmuu's Ghostblade slacks off at the end get another The Bloodthirster.

  Tons of Damage, mobility, and survivability. this should make you unstoppable.

• Skilling Order

  You get Rake first and max it first taking a point in Noxian Diplomacy and Cutthroat at levels 2 and 3
  getting Shadow Assault whenever available, then max Noxian Diplomacy taking Cutthroat last.

• Summoner Abilities

  for Summoner abilities I take Flash and Ignite this will give you escaping tools in case you used shadow assault to early or just don't have it.
  
  you can take Exhaust but Talon already has Rake so its not to needed.

• Updates with newest patches

  Everything remains the same as i have figured out that it all still works with the hp and mana regen nerf, as well was the mana cost on rake so continue using it the same way.

  This build give Talon a lot of Damage and a lot of survivability and CC. hopefully this guide will help you play Talon well and without flaw.
