• Abilities

  Mercy

  Passive-Deal 10% damage with basic attacks when target is slowed, stunned, immobilized, or supressed.

  Noxian Diplomacy

  Q Skill-Next basic attack deals additional physical damage(including turrets), resets autoattack timer, and if champion hit will then bleed and reveal.

  Rake

  W Skill-Slows all targets hit, damages twice, and great farming skill.

  Cutthroat

  E Skill-Instantly teleport behind target, silences target, and deal increased damage to target for 3 seconds.

  Shadow Assault

  Ultimate-AOE damage, then stealths you, and then upon exiting stealth on command or after 2.5sec will cause ring of blades to comeback causing damage to all targets inside it.

• Items

  Start off with Long Sword and Health Potion or if you want Doran's Blade.
  
  Hopefully things are going smoothly enough and when you go back you can get The Brutalizer and Boots of Speed, if possibly a Vampiric Scepter, but if you can't then get 1-2 Health Potion.
  
  Now your next time back if you haven't gotten Vampiric Scepter and make your Boots of Speed into Ionian Boots of Lucidity.
  
  Now time start building The Bloodthirster out of that Vampiric Scepter.
  
  After you get your The Bloodthirster, finish your The Brutalizer into a Youmuu's Ghostblade.
  
  Then start to make your Frozen Mallet, starting with Phage.
  
  Next you'll want to get B. F. Sword and want to make that into Infinity Edge.
  
  Finally if your game is still going on,for your final item depending on how things are going get another The Bloodthirster if they arent stacking much Armor, Atma's Impaler if they got a lot of AD plus gives additional crit and AD, find this great to help backdoor turrets in seconds without taking hardly any damage, The Black Cleaver or Last Whisper depending on how much armor the other team has,keep in mind The Black Cleaver only takes effect when you do autoattacks for its passive to work, Banshee's Veil if the other team got lots of CC or casters, or Guardian Angel if your dieing or getting focused a lot.

  I typically grab Exhaust and Flash, which both are great for chasing and/or escaping.
  
  Other good spells you could grab are:
  Ghost If you dont want flash, this is another good chase/escape summoner ability.
  Teleport For when you feel you might do a bit backdooring or help you towards the beginning of the game so you dont miss out on much exp/gold.
  Ignite Good for killing those champions with a lot of lifesteal, life regen, or to ensure a kill.
  Cleanse This is good to get all those CC effects off you to help you get kill or runaway from someone.
  Heal and Clarity are okay but not all the needed.
  
  Some spells you should not grab are:
  Smite Talon ain't too much of a jungler.
  [Spell=Fortify] Leave this to the tanks.
  Clairvoyance Leave this to the supports.
  [Spell=Rally] Won't help you too much.
  Revive Only if you want to troll.

• Teamfights

  This is where you will want to not jump in until the fight begins and you can get into range with Cutthroat with casting Noxian Diplomacy right before and focus down the other teams carry or caster, and then cast Shadow Assault which will hurt just about the whole team and right before your stealth ends try to hit the other team with Rake causing a big burst of damage from the second half of Shadow Assault and both hits from Rake, also causing you to slow the other team allowing your team to either chase or run, depending on the situation.

• Farming

  Talon is a great with farming because of his Rake and Shadow Assault. Early game try to just farm minion waves with just Rake and you should be able to hit the whole wave with this skill. Later on the game you'll be able to easily clear minion waves with a single hit with Rake and those large minion waves with Shadow Assault, which is on a very short cooldown with this build.

• Dominion Map Section

  Here I will tell you how i like to build Talon for the new game mode, Dominion.

• Dominion Item Build

  First I like to start off with just Boots of Speed and Prospector's Blade.  As the game progresses I will get Ionian Boots of Lucidity and The Brutalizer.  Next will get Avarice Blade, but not finish The Brutalizer into Youmuu's Ghostblade just yet.  Now work on making Sanguine Blade, feel free to sell your Prospector's Blade whenever you need or want to at this point as well.  Finish The Brutalizer into Youmuu's Ghostblade. Now get Phage,  which this you can build into Frozen Mallet, Entropy, or Trinity Force.  Next if your game is somehow still going on, then get Infinity Edge.    For your 6th item, if you got Frozen Mallet, then get Atma's Impaler or Hexdrinker.  If you got  Entropy or Trinity Force, then get  Randuin's Omen or Odyn's Veil.

• Summary

  Hope my first guide was good enough to help a few people and hope for some feedback good and bad. And you don't have to follow this build exactly if you don't want to and can be a bit creative, just my opinions on how to build Talon.
