• Masteries + Runes

  After much practicing and testing runes i have found that the best runes are 9 flat armor seals, 9 flat magic resist glyphs, 9 flat armor pen. marks, and 3 flat health quints. You could substitute the flat health quints for 3 flat health regen quints; both work just as good.

• Items

  Your first item is situational or it depends on your personal preference. Personally my first item is either a doran's shield or cloth armor with 2 health pots and 2 mana pots for maximum harrasing. Your next item is merc treads...these are the overall best boots for a tanky dps wukong. If u bought a cloth armor first then u will build it into a wriggles lantern for maximum lane potential. Usually around this time in the game you can start to be really bossy and just fuck with the enemies; you need to take advantage of this to ensure you can get a nice build. By now you have wriggles and merc treads your next item will be an aegis of the legion, this is a very good item for wukong because it gives u and allies more survivablity and it also gives you increased attack damage. The enemy team will influence your next items. If there are heavy casters i recommend hexdrinker and banshee's veil that way u can block out a large amount of CC and magic damage. If there are heavy damage i would say build a thornmail and either sunfire cape or atmas impailer. If they have a balanced team u might want to build hexdrinker, and either a sunfire cape or atmas impailer. I recommend his last item for all of these situational builds to be a blood thirster just for the icing on the cake.

• Summoner Abilities

  Personally i always take flash and ghost for maximum team fight and lane control.

• Abilities

  Stone Skin

  This is what helps u a lot in teamfights late game.

  Crushing Blow

  Great for early harrasing with nimba strike, and taking down tanks late game.

  Decoy

  This is the move you use to make the enemy waste their CC.

  This move is what allows you to be a huge dick in lane, and when combined with flash lets you be everywhere in a teamfight at once.

  Cyclone

  This is the move that determines the outcome of teamfights...use it wisley.

• Working in the team

  Your objective early game is to be a huge asshole with nimba strike and decoy combo. Dont worry about minions just worry about keeping the enemy off of the minions. Mid and late game YOU are the guy that flashes out of a bush into the enemy team and makes their life hell. Ult the enemies when u know u will be able to disrupt them the most and allow your team to pick off all the carries.
