  • Ok, so this guide is making a Plastic Cannon, cause glass, well... breaks.

    Ok, so the reason I made this guide is because I was browsing through other guides, and I think many of them don't have the best builds possible. Well, on to the guide, this guide is mostly for the build, and here is that build.

    Why this build over attack speed or pure AP or pure AD

    well, this guide is for people like me, who just have a problem doing anything but focus the build on his ult. And I think other characters can do attack speed or pure AD better than this one, though this is one of the best tank busters.

    (Chalice of harmony only if you know you will have really bad mana problems cause u can't control ur ult) Archangel's Staff, boots then rod of ages spam.
    Reasons, amazing AP, very nice HP... what else do you want?

  • Summary

    This is just a AP build that isn't quite as squishy as other builds, made to be as straight forwards as possible.

  • Masteries + Runes

    Whatever you think you should use. If you can't survive enough, get some defensive runes, if u don't do enough damage, get magic pen.

  • Items

    Just build up archangel's, if you want you can start with boots and hp pots/mana pots. Or just start right on the build. After you finish archangel's you should get whatever boots you like, if they are physical damage heavy, get ninja tabi, if you want the mobility, boots of mobility,CC heavy get mercury treads etc. If they are a balanced team and you don't know what to get, get sorcerer's shoes.   • Skilling Order

    Living Artillery > Void Ooze > Bio-arcane Barrage >/= Caustic Spittle

    FEEL FREE TO CHANGE THIS UP (But if you put bio-arcane before void ooze, you should try attack speed)

    reasons I did this

    Your AP, this is the order of how well they scale with AP. Also, Void ooze because of HUGE area slow.

  • Summoner Abilities

    not exhaust cause you have slow, unless u think you really need to worry bout AD carries.

    Flash is nice for getting in good positions for artillery/escaping or both!

    Ghost, same as flash

    clairvoyance, you get for free at lvl 6 congratz

    smite, ... *Facepalm*

    Heal, can change the course of a 1v1 or save teammates etc. Your call

    Revive, shoulda gone with smite...

    Rally, shoulda gone with revive.

    ignite, if you are having problems with people narrowly escaping.... your doing it wrong. (can use for fighting swain, ww etc)

    Promote, Update your freaking game

    Fortify, maybe because you maybe get attacked under a turret, but you are usually better off with something useful, *cough* I mean something else.

    clarity, get chalice of harmony if you really need mana.

    cleanse, your call

    teleport, depends

  • Abilities

    Icathian Surprise
    Try to remember you have it, it is underestimated often and can change the course of a team fight.


    Caustic Spittle
    Her worst skill imo, but you might think otherwise, doesn't scale super well with AP, debuff is nice, but not as good as other skills. Passive is nothing to change build on, synergizes well with Bio-Arcane though, and good for harassment (cheap, average cooldown), but not as good as other skills.


    Bio-Arcane Barrage
    Nice for harassment, specially if they are under turret, pop it up before a fight.


    Void Ooze
    My favorite skill other than ult, good scaling with AP, and amazing slow as well as wide range.


    Living Artillery
    Amazing ult, but use it in moderation unless u have chalice. Play carefully, cause a kog maw far away from home with no mana isn't a good idea. Use this to harass while laning, and spam during team fights.


  • Pros / Cons

    Pros:
    better survivability
    epic harassment, and long range ownage
    huge zone if you play well
    If you aren't doing well, you still can help a lot.
    can use terrain to their advantage very well.
    Cons:
    Lose 1v1 with aggressive players (don't let you harass down their hp)
    overconfidence, ur not a tank.... (@.@)
    not very high dps

  • Working in the team

    You can force enemies to commit to team fights because otherwise you devour their hp.
    You can turn a 1v1 to a 2v1 with long range.
    Scouting bushes with Ult
    Very powerful slow to stop running enemies or to save running allies.

  • Unique Skills

    Huge range ultimate, and very good multi target slow.

  • Farming

    Last hit with regular attacks, and Void Ooze (try to hit champs with this too) You can use W or E to harass.
