Introduction
Hello and welcome to my Guide on the most awesome Ranged AD Carry in the game - Miss Fortune!
At first I want to say, that this is mostly a guide for beginners and advanced players, not for High ELO, as I don't have much experience in ranked games.
So why am I writing this guide? The answer is quite simple, I have played ranged AD carries ever since I started playing LOL and i really love them, all of them. Yes, I even like Tristana. -
Abilities
Strut
This is your passive ability, at first you might think "omg how lame" but you will learn to love it, because it will help you escape faster, it helps you getting into fights faster, it makes you chase enemies faster etc. it speeds up your whole game. Double Up
Your Bread and Butter skill, it is made for last hitting, harrassing and even very awesome double kills.
Max this one first.
Please keep in mind, that it applies "on hit effects" (Lizardbuff, Frozen Mallet, Wits End etc)
When using double up to harrass Champions try to always target the minion that is the furthest in the back if the enemies are hiding behind their minions it will hit one of them.
There is actually a little psychology in this trick, say an enemy champion is in front of the caster minions, run towards him as if you want to autoattack him, he will try to dodge this by getting behind his minions and out of your range, and bam you have him where you want him, just target the minion thats furthest in the back and he'll eat 115% double up damage!
(a video on this is coming soon)Impure Shots
Your second ability, the passive is a nice bonus as it gives you some extra magic damage.
But the active effect is what makes it a really decent spell, the healing reduction is nice against those nasty support/healer champions aka Sona, Soraka, Taric etc
And of course the attack Speed is cool, always use this spell when going one on one, in teamfights and especially when taing down enemy turrets.
I usually get a rank at lvl 4 and max it last.Make It Rain
Ah, the mini version of Gangplank's Ultimate.
This is your utility spell, as it is very versatile, you can use it to clear minion waves, to harrass, and due to the slow for chasing and escaping.
And of course for scouting bushes etc.
Max this ability second.Bullet Time
Last but not least your ultimate, it is a channeling ability so dont move while casting and be aware of stuns, suppresses, knock ups and silences. Always try to cast Make It Rain before you cast your ultimate due to the slow.

Masteries + Runes
For masteries i usually go with:
21/0/9
http://leaguecraft.com/masteries/3001420130330100000000000000003140010000000
or with:
19/0/11
http://leaguecraft.com/masteries/3001440130300000000000000000003140030000000
But 21/9/0 , 21/8/1 and 9/0/21 will work fine as well, choose whatever you like.
For Runes i usually run:
9xGreater Mark of Desolation
9xGreater Seal of Clarity
9xGreater Glyph of Clarity
3xGreater Quintessence of Desolation
I guess there is no real alternative for the marks and seals, but if you want other glyphs,
i'd recommmendGreater Glyph of Celerity,
Greater Glyph of Warding or
Greater Glyph of Shielding
Other viable options for Quints are:Greater Quintessence of Fortitude or
Greater Quintessence of Swiftness
-
Summoner Abilities
I usually choose
Ghost or
Flash for mobility and either
Exhaust or
Ignite for utility, in any combination, but mostly I run
Ghost and
Flash for the most possible mobility paired with
Strut.
If you don't have the Manarunes yet, i recommend you to takeClarity as Miss Fortune is quite hungry for mana.
