Hello my name is Kjaer, and this is my playstyle and setup for Irelia. I've played for Irelia for a half month, and i find her quiet funny and good to play. The guide is only a opportunity to play, and you can change it by your choice. Irelia is a good player. Because she damages alot and then she also can stun and slow and enemy if she is trying to kill an enemy or just trying to get away;)

Ionian Fervor Ionian Fervor - Reduces the duration of stuns, slows, taunts, fears, snares, and immobilizes for each nearby enemy champion.
1 Champion: 10%
2 Champions: 25%
3 Champions: 40%
Bladesurge Bladesurge - Irelia dashes forward to strike her target. If it kills the target, Bladesurge's cooldown refreshes and refunds 35 Mana.
Irelia dashes forward to strike her target, dealing 20/55/90/125/160 (+) physical damage.
If it kills the target, Bladesurge's cooldown refreshes and refunds 35 Mana.
Hiten Style Hiten Style - Irelia is skilled in the art of Hiten, passively giving her physical attacks health restoration. Activating Hiten Style gives her physical attacks true damage for a short period.
Passive: Physical Attacks restore 10/14/18/22/26 health.
Active: Irelia's physical attacks deal 15/30/45/60/75 true damage for 6 seconds.
Equilibrium Strike Equilibrium Strike - Irelia's attack balances the scales, dealing damage and slowing the target. However, if the target has a higher Health % than Irelia, then the blow stuns the target instead.
Irelia pierces her target, dealing 80/135/190/245/300 (+1) magic damage and slowing the target by 60% for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 second(s).
If the target has a higher Health % than Irelia, she stuns the target for the duration instead.
Transcendent Blades Transcendent Blades - Irelia summons 4 spirit blades which she can fling to deal magic damage and siphon life from enemies they pass through.
Irelia summons 4 spirit blades which she can fling to deal 90/140/190 plus the higher value between (0.4) or () magic damage to enemies they pass through, and she heals for 20% of that damage.
Items AD build:)
Start out with Doran's Blade.....
Doran's Blade gives you healt and attack damages and a little lifesteal. I take it because of the life and the attack damages, witch you shall use with you Bladesurge then i damages more.
When you got over 920 gold recall and buy Berserker's Greaves. And if you got 2100 gold go shop buy Berserker's Greaves and Phage. The Phage gives you more healt and attack damages. The attack damages gives more damages to Bladesurge.
Next time you goes back you shall have ca 3000gold then you upgrade your Phage to a Trinity Force or just take the other thing to upgrade the Trinity Force if you not got gold enough. Trinity Force gives you +30 Damage, +30 Ability Power, +30% Attack Speed, +15% Crit Chance, +12% Move Speed, +250 Health, +250 Mana. Its a really good item because it give you a little of all the things you need.
Next time you got 3200gold go buy The Bloodthirster if you not good money to it go buy Vampiric Scepter first because it gives 12% lifesteal.
+60 Attack Damage +15% Lifesteal Passive. And its passive give 1 Physical Damage and 0.25% Lifesteal per kill. And its maximum is +40 Damage and 10% Lifesteal. Then when you first got it. Go jungle a little for minions. Then when its maximun it damages 100 and gives
Next time you goes back for buy is when you got 3200 gold. Then go buy Phantom Dancer.
The Phantom Dancer gives you +55% Attack Speed, +30% Critical Strike and +15% Movement Speed its really good because you just need some attack speed and crit when you all ready got some lifesteal and attack damages.
Next time you goes back you shall have about 3200 gold. Then go buy The Black Cleaver.
The The Black Cleaver gives you +55 Attack Damage +30% Attack Speed its Passive ist physical attacks reduce to your target's Armor by 15 for 5 seconds (maximum 3 stacks). Its gives some good attack damages and attack speed.
First go sell you Doran's Blade. Then buy Infinity Edge it gives some REALLY good damages and crit chance witch is very usefull at last in the game. it gives +75 Attack Damage +20% Critical Strike UNIQUE Passive: Critical hits now deal 250% damage instead of 200%. When you got this your crit chance should be about 70-80% and your attack damages should be around 350-400. And you also crit then it much more you damages.
In the end your items should look like this.
This is your stats when you are lvl 18 full geared:)
Masteries and Runes and Summoner Spells for AD build
I play 21-9-0 with my masteries.
Offense: In Offense i have taken all the Damages and crit masteries because it good for the champion.
Defense: In Defense i have taken the armor and magic resistance and the dodge masteries. Because it good to have some of that in the start then the enemy dont damages to much again.
The runes setup i have chosen is strongest in the start of the game.
Marks: Greater Mark of Strength x9
Seals: Greater Seal of Alacrity x5 , Greater Seal of Malice
Glyphs: Greater Glyph of Warding x9
Quintessence: Greater Quintessence of Strength, Greater Quintessence of Alacrity, Greater Quintessence of Malice
For spells i use:
Ghost because you can run away from enemy, or run after enemy.
Exhaust it good to slow enemy if you are trying to get away or after an enemy-
Also got spells for Irelia:
Ignite It gives some good damages at the enemy.
Flash Good to flash after/away if the enemy are after/away from you
Skilling Order for AD lane
Start out with a Cloth Armor and 5 Health Potion
Cloth Armor is very usefull when you jungling because the jungle minions damages a little lower on you because you got some more Armor.
Next time you goes back you shall have 700 gold then upgrade it to Madred's Razors
If you got 920gold go buy Berserker's Greaves they give 25% attack speed.
When you got 525gold go recall and upgrade you Madred's Razors to Wriggle's Lantern.
Its a really good item. Because you dont have to go so much back for health when you got it. Because it gives some lifesteal. The Madred's Razors gives you 15% to attack 500 on a minions. Its really good because it goes faster then.
The i would take [item=Sword of the Devine" class="external_img" alt="External Image" /> or Phantom Dancer because they give some good attack speed. But in last in game i think Phantom Dancer would be best because you crit with the Phantom Dancer
Next would i take Trinity Force or Frozen Mallet. Frozen Mallet is if you goes more tank than dps. Because it give +700 Health +20 Attack Damage. And the Trinity Force gives +30 Damage, +30 Ability Power, +30% Attack Speed, +15% Crit Chance, +12% Move Speed, +250 Health, +250 Mana. Witch gives more of it all.
Then next item i would buy [item=Stark's Fervor] or The Bloodthirster because you need some attack damages and some attack speed. But i think it would be great to buy both:).
If you take the The Bloodthirster the last item should be Sword of the Divine because it gives some great attack speed and then you already got some attack damages from the The Bloodthirster. And if you took [item=Stark's Fervor] go buy [item=Infinity Egde] or Hextech Gunblade or The Black Cleaver

When you first go Wriggle's Lantern you dont have 2 go back.
Masteries and Runes and Summoner Spells for Jungle
At runes i would take:
Marks: [rune=Greater Mark of Alicrity] x5, [Greater Mark of Desolation] x4
Seals: Greater Seal of Evasion x9
Glyphs: Greater Glyph of Alacrity x9
Quintessences: Greater Quintessence of Desolation x2, Greater Quintessence of Alacrity
As jungle it good to have some attack speed and some armor penetration. Because you attack a little faster in the start and then you also damages a little more.
But runes is best in the start. At last in the game are runes not so good.
In start when i trying jungle i took Smite and Heal.
But when you become some better as jungle drop the Heal and take Exhaust or Ghost.
The all the other spells is also fine but i befind Exhaust and Ghost best.
