  Sivir is unique in his genre:
  She has an awesome nuke ability Boomerang Blade which if used with Spell Shield can lead you to an unlimited harass.Whatever,the pro of Sivir is her ability to outfarm everyone,that's why I propose Catalyst the Protector.With this one,your spell shield and your bread an butter boomerang blade you shall have the ability to have an unlimitd harass and laning.Afterwhile,I will propose you to up some offensive items like Guinsoo's Rageblade and Mejai's Soulstealer which I really recommend to you.Why Mejai's Soulstealer? There are 2 reasons:
  Due to your Long Distant Boomerang Blade and your Spell Shield you should be rarely ganked and on teamfights,you will play like a sniper and even if they run to you, you can use On The Hunt and Ghost you should have an awesome speed and get out.And even if somehow they do catch you up (which can often happen due to speed champions) here enters my last items; Hexdrinker and Banshee's Veil.All you will have to do is to harass them while they are chasing you with Boomerang Blade and laugh how you deal to them awesome damage and how they can not kill you.
  Then the reason why I choose a hybrid item like Guinsoo's Rageblade is because your Boomerang Blade is a hybrid one:Thanks to Riot,stacking armor or magic resist will not help them.
  The last thing you have to know before you use this guide to rape your ennemys is that if you see them stacking Magic Resists you can go for Sword of the Occult instead of Mejai and if they do stack Armor then just use your Mejai's Soulstealer.If they do not do anything then i strongly encourage you to use Mejai's Soulstealer because of the difference of damage and if you do somehow reach 20 stacks of Mejai you will have a well deserved Cooldown Reduction! Here it goes,enjoy!
  
  
  WARNING:You will note that these survivability items and your spell block are here to ensure that you maximise your Mejai's Soulstealer.Be sure that if you do die too much it will not be effecient enough.
  That's why you should not take any risky actions that will lead to your death (diving exct).

• Items

  First for all,get a Sapphire Crystal and Health Potion x2 or x1 Mana Potion
  Then you can recal with 1300 G to buy Catalyst the Protector and Boots of Speed [NOTE:I do generally don't uppgrade boots because you don't really need speed (ult and ghost) will suffise,it does seriously spare some money!]
  Afterwhile build a Mejai's Soulstealer and return laning,the serious events do generally occur at the mid so nothing leads you to leave this place,otherwise if you have Teleport then feel free to go gank somewhere.
  Then if you have many stacks (more than 8) of Mejai's Soulstealer then feel free to build a Hexdrinker,Otherwise get a Guinsoo's Rageblade.
  Then buy Hexdrinker if you haven't bought it before and finally Finish Banshee's Veil (NOTE:Do NOT buy Banshee's Veil untill you are done farming!!! Catalyst the Protector will very often save your ass or a tower!]

• Masteries and Skills

  Get the xp boost from utility and maybe some cooldown reduction from offense.[WARNING:Please note that [Spell=Rally] as a summoner spell is effecient only if you do grab the Improved Rally from the Masteries Tree!] Generally you will go for 21/0/9.
  If you are loocking for some fun then just grab Ghost and Teleport

  Note:The reason why I do not use Ricochet is because your boomerang blade will one shot all laning minions so you don't need it,and after all it does reduced damage and also the item effects occur only in first hit.I think it's kinda useless unless you have HUGE damage,which is not the case in this build,you will NOT use auto attacks,Sivir is not made for this (too little range)
