Riot singed *my version*

So I know this has been done already but Im happier with the one I made and figured its worth releasing it. I followed some of the features from the drawing of that riot singed and added some of my own things like the grenades and mustard gas. And yes I know mustard gas is colorless but for the sake of the particles its yellow.

A couple of things you might wanna know with the particles:
The chemical spill rotates colors from light to dark yellow which is a pretty cool effect but I cant really show you with the screen shot.
Aslo I changed the poison skull symbol to yellow which will change the color for any other character that has it too like teemo.
