[warhammer] Chaos Khorne Beserker Olaf

This is Gartean's skin, ALL CREDIT GOES TO HIM. I've re-uploaded it because his skin isn't working for a lot of people. I also re-coloured and changed a few things here and there, tried to make some of the low res textures look a bit better but I still can't fix the legs :(( Also, as usual, added splash art and loadscreen.
