[BEAST] Taric, the Earthforged Crafter (2.0)

This is my 2nd version of Taric, the Earthern Crafter. The changes made are considerably major ; I added a sort of helmet (since I can't really model, I just put it over the hair texture. It looks okay, I guess) and brightened up the jewels and gems as requested by rayquaza88.

Overall I really love the new armor, but I miss the hair. Probably will release a v1.1 Taric which will include the brightened jewels and translucent ones, but without the helmet (hence the v1.1 and not the v2.0)
