[BEAST] Tower Guard Xin Zhao (original by: ESC)

2. All I did was changing the LoadScreen. There has been an incredible amount of new loadscreen requests for that skin.. that I just volunteered doing it. I take credit for the loadscreen, not the actual .dds file.
