Better Default - blue, human and &

Some simple recolors and filter abuse. I love Kassadin to bits, but the quality of his default skin has always pissed me off. I tried to fix that - you have three flavors to choose from. Tried to make his texture look a bit less outdated and shinier. Personally the "drowned smurf" color ain't my thing, so I changed that too - again, just use the blue one if you don't like it.
