[XShiroX] Riot Officer Caitlyn

It been some week since this skin come to LOL but till now no1 never upload the skn and skl files now than some1 did i could end this skin i was stored for some weeks.

Special thanx Legxis for the base model and the files need it,i know he want ppl ask for colours and all that but i have this one on mind for long time and was the the skin texture stored for that time too.
