Kel'Thuzad as Karthus V2

This is an update to Zedane's Kel'Thuzad Karthus which can be found here:

Before I go on, I'd like to thank Zedane for honoring my request and rigging the Kel'Thuzad model I posed and provided for him.

With this release I aimed at updating Kel'Thuzad, here are the changes:

-Higher quality loadscreen artwork (same artwork but from a higher quality source in higher resolution), now with Riot-style borders.
-Higher quality champion icon based on updated artwork.
-All new ability icons based on Warcraft, including a completly new Passive icon.
-Most importantly, brand new particles that fit more with Kel'Thuzad.
