Minor change to hot rod corki screen

Hello fellow summoners. A brand new skin by me. I am very proud of the result. It took me a whole 3 minutes to complete. Can't really call it a skin as it is only a loading screen...Nevertheless, the simplest ideas are the best they say. So I present to you - "Corki flips the bird to his opponents!"
Major changes:
-One of his fingers got amputated
