learning of chrome rammus's origins and getting decked with rp made me want to skin another champ: so here it is
Presenting Dullakaiser, this skin is based on the mythical dullahan, a headless horseman which haunts the continent of Europe

Edit: i was so absorbed in the making and release of this skin i forgot i had done concept art prior, after digging for some art work in my vast "My Pictures" folder i somehow stumbled upon it

Update: an awesome guy by the name of "SenSidethink" made a patched up version, since riot screwed over their transparency and made it appear black now.
