Frozen Amethyst Ashe!

Frozen Amethyst Ashe has arrived! Finally a working reskin with her new model, eh..? ;)

Kept roughly the same colours, but this is a reskin of Amethyst Ashe. Custom loadscreen, in-game images, and Ultimate Arrow particle included!
