Outcast Irelia

I've had an idea like this in my head for ages now but I originally wanted to do it for Leblanc. Then I thought - Hey, I friggen hate Infiltrator Irelia, why not change that instead?

Here's the result. I might do one with a different hair color, I'm not too sure about the blonde.

Default replacer is included - it was designed on the Infiltrator model so that's what it'll replace unless you install the folder labelled otherwise.
