Carebear Tibbers (by Blaze)

This skin replaces the default Tibbers skin with a Carebear monstrosity. Now you can smother your enemy with rainbows and hugs... of death! Includes rainbow flame particles for extra pwnage.

INSTALLATION:
Place the "Characters" folder inside of your DATA folder found at:
C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\game\DATA.
Merge/overwrite the "Characters" folder with the existing folder if necessary.

Place the "Particles" folder inside of your DATA folder and merge/overwrite the existing folder.
